Hello Have checked no NBN outage in my area. Have powered off and back on several times but each time only the green power light is flickering on the modem since last night. A fault has been recorded but no response yet as to likely time to fix. Any advice welcome.
Let's check what type of service you have. We also recommend doing a reset on the modem and send us a private message for us to be able to run remote tests on your connection.
