No internet,secured

Hi admin,

Getting issue of no connection after around 9pm Perth time for around 1-2 hours. Can connect to Modem but shows as no internet, secured.

Could anyone please help. And the white NBN box blue dsl lights blinking

Did you test the connection via Wired?

Have you tried to reboot the modem/router?
