No internet

Hello team,

I am a new member to TPG and for the first time, after getting connection, i plugged in the modem. All lights on the modem are green but somehow internet is not working at all.
In my browser, it says the equipment is waiting to be automatically configured.
I did wait for more than 30 mins but still the same message and still no internet.

This is really getting me into trouble and making halting my work. I have recently shifted to this new address and dont have internet working.

Could you please look into this issue at the earliest please.
