There is an issue with between NBN and TPG on our systems.
I have escalated this to the NBN teams to resolve and hopefully done within 24hrs.

Got excited bit early prev was 39.45Mbps reconnected 0.94 now 10.87Mbps Download I gues still working on fault
TPG Service Status says 'No issue reported' and 'Planned Outage' Sunshine Coast starts 4 June please change current status to frustrating reality file attached;
Speedtest 5pm; Ping 12, Download 0.75 Upload 0.29
Checked NBNco Network Outages says;

Please check with your phone and internet service provider to see if there are any issues with their network.
This morning TPG Speed Test 1.5Mps Download 0.5Mps Upload is unusable need to use mobile hotspot for Zoom Conference Meeting. Please correct fault as embarassing to tell Zoom participants poor NBN speed.
