No internet with NBN connection. Nothing in the outage page. Modem light of NBN is steady but internet light in tpg modem is off.

And cannot connect to tech support for 40min now!

Could connect just after my last comment. But line got cut within a minute and the gentleman on the other side was kind enough to call me back instantly, I am truly impressed! Thank you. Anyway there is an outage on NBN, which is not in their page!
