Hi there - I have a current ticket #12107152. Today the
Nbn technician came to my house and told me the nbn box is working but the modem needs replacing. So I am waiting for a new modem to be sent. In the meantime I’ve borrowed a TP link modem from a friend, but when I connected it there’s still no internet!! I’m concerned that the new modem isn’t going to resolve my issue as surely connecting a different modem should’ve worked!! Both of my neighbours had lost internet last week too with the storm, and they had nbn boxes replaced. Would appreciate a solution - now 8 days without internet!!
