I have nbn and it has been very unstable and keep dropping out. No one is responding from TPG. Anyone can help? In Castle Hill, NSW.

For customers experiencing any issues with their NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.

In your case, our Engineers have lodged the fault to NBN Co and have booked an NBN technician to help us resolve the issue. Further updates will be given by your assigned Engineer once available.
