This is a joke! No internet since 5 pm last night , yet they sending a message saying the issue has been resolved. And when you call the provided number no one answer. Who is taking responsibility? as I need a refund for what we paid and not receiving a basic service. That's beyond frustration 😡😡😡

Could you advice the service type do you have? NBN or ADSL?

Have you check if any outage are in your area?

I am checking your internet service. NBN HFC will may need to power off 5 min and on after an outage.

in order to clear all NBN buffer.
