No internet

Hoping I can get this resolved quickly!
We have green lights for WIFI connection but an amber light for internet which means we aren’t able to send/receive data. Have reset both the router and NBN, have tried connecting via a blue Ethernet cable and have turned the router off for 30 minutes before trying again.

Currently working from home and unable to work since midday yesterday! Have logged a ticket and tried to call but no one picks up. Please assist!

I can see the fault ticket created via your phone app #10532829.

 

The NBN tests are failing and your NTD is down.

I have forwarded this onto our NBN faults teams for quicker resolution and someone will contact you ASAP within 24hrs.

 

NBN may resolve things before then on their own if things go well, otherwise we may need to lodge a fault with NBN.
