Get online support

No nbn connection and no known outage

I’ve lost nbn connection since yesterday, lodged a fault using mytpg app, called tech support and requested a call back, checked for nbn outage in my area and there is no outage in my area. As we work from home and do online schooling from home we would like to have this fault identified and sorted as quickly as possible. Could tpg tech support please contact me regarding my nbn fault.
