There was no internet connection since 9 pm yesterday. Hence, I have checked the NBN outage but it seems like there’s none in my area (WA 6147). Additionally, I have restarted and reset my modem but none of them works. Hence, I have contacted technical support since 4:40 pm this evening but wasn’t able to speak with anyone regarding my issue.
If your service is not affected by an outage and still not working, please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to check on this further as there might be a line fault that affected the service.
