No permission to chat! contact site manager!

My NBN is disconnected without my consent since April 4 and I have been following up since then without any result.

Now I cant even chat because I get a message saying “ You do not have permission to chat. Contact site manager!

why did this happen? How can I contact site manager?

Can any one tell me what is happening!?
