No service

We were told last night that our area is out, Inala, and to wait for it to get fixed. This morning there is no change and on the tpg web site there are no issue in the nbn status.
Anyone have any info.

There was a notification sent to us by NBN Co that there was an outage yesterday that has affected some customers in Inala, but was also resolved on the same day. 


I did manage to locate your account using your Community details and based on the remote tests, your modem appears to be working already and has an internet access.
