My internet connection has been down since 9pm QLD time 25 February. I have reset the modem, disconnected and reset RJ45 cable and even though the DSL flashes it eventually goes out. It continually tries to connect, however with no luck. No DSL connection means no internet. According to the NBN site, there are no outages in the Morayfield area. Need some assistance please.
