No speed upgrade from NBN50 to NBN100

Hey there,

 

I haven't been able to get hold of live chat as it keeps saying the line is busy.

 

I have upgraded from NBN50 to NBN100 2 weeks ago and my speed is exactly the same. I'm not paying additional money for the same speed. I have already turned off and on my router and NBN box.

 

Please help
