No update, no follow up

I have been told that my building is not NBN supported last Thursday but TPG just kept saying my building has and will send another technician to come and install. I have been chatting online almost every day to clarify whether my building is actually NBN supported or not. If not, I don't mind to change my plan to ADSL 2+ but they just pass it on to the case manager saying he will contact me asap but still never heard from him yet. yesterday, another technician came and let me know that it is not NBN supported and they mess up my address again and again... I just need to change my plan so that I can have internet access. Seriously it been two weeks! Please call me in regards to this issue!
