Noisey NBN box replacment

Ive moved to a rental Share property and the nbn box is installed in my bed room. It makes a load fan noise alot. It even wakes me at night and makes watching or listening to media have to be at a volume greater than I like to drown out fan noise..

It is the old small black box, not a White wall mounted unit. 

Can you please replace my nbn box or at least come replaxe the fan in it.

In order to relocate the NBN NTD box, the account holder or owner of the house needs to contact NBN Co directly.
