Not able to connect or through app error CGL9JP

NBN Modem not connecting and not able to get app to connect either to log a fault. Authentication issues at TPG? Can log on to website but can not log a support call there. App does not login fremantle perth WA

It appears the error code changes each time. no NBN issue internet light connected but WAN remains off
