Not cancelled!!

We moved to a new address with only satellite NBN two months ago but TOG is still taking the monthly amount out.

 

Please fix cancellation ASAP and refund

We regret to hear that you've decided to terminate your service with us.

 

We were able to locate your account using your community details and it appears that our Accounts team wasn't able to receive a response via Email to terminate the account.

 

They've tried to call you back to no avail.

 

In order to progress the request to discontinue the account, please respond to the email that was sent by our Accounts team or send me a PM with your preferred time and best number to be contacted tomorrow to finalise it.
