Tried connecting to ournew model with TPG after over 1 hour still no internet’s

Hi @Loppysnbn0605 

 

I can see your NBN-FTTC 50/20 install is progressing.
You need to do some of the install yourself.

 

You will need to UNPLUG ALL existing phones/modems, and setup the new NCD + MODEM to the socket.

Pay attention to the 4x blue lights on the NCD once completed and let us know if you get 1,2,3 solid blue lights.
