Hi Hi TPG,
I am still having issues with sending emails from the TPG online Post Box.
Today I tried forwarding an old email to a @outlook.com email address that has worked successfully previously and it was returned from the Outlook domain with the following response.
***Diagnostic-Code: SMTP; 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [188.8.131.52] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3150).***
I checked and 184.108.40.206 is the tpg web-mail IP so I can see why the Post Office emails are bouncing.
I resend the email from my mobile phone using its WiFi (non-TPG) and the email was received.
Can this please be resolved as I suspect this is one of the reasons for my hotmail emails being bounced too.
