So much for online chat support. I have been experiencing slow speeds and have tested my upload and dowload speed. Tried to get through on 8th April - 49 callers - finally got through and the operator 'Ira' closed the chat before I could respond. I was not able to 'enter my query'. Have tried many times since to no avail. Is this a joke?
Have looked at the NBN FTTC Performance test NBN advising is “Passing” Download 11.42Mbps.
Please check any exisitng modem or filter or phones are removed out of sockets.
And that your are using the supplied "B" cord between the NBN NCD (White box) to the wall socket.
