Optical Light Red - Lost Internet Connection

Hi TPG,

The optical light in my NTD box has turned red, lost internet connection around 3am.

Have tried resetting the box and turning off/on with no improvement.

Can I please get some assistance?

Have you checked if the service has been affected by an outage?
