The optical light on my NBN box is red. I have reset the router and NBN box and it is still red, i have had no internet connection for 2 days and have sent 2 emails and a facebook message, ive also called twice only to be hung up on.
I am no longer under contract so if you attempt to direct debit from my account without contacting me and sorting this issue i will take legal action.
In this particular case, we ran an initial test to the service and it shows a possible line fault causing speed and dropout issues. This has been escalated to our Engineering Team, assessment may take 24-48hrs an updates will be provided via SMS/Phone call or email when it becomes available.
