Upgrade delay - URGENT

Hey I initially signed up for the cheapest plan but desperately need to upgrade to NBN50 now that We’re all in pandemic mode! Please fast track my upgrade - it’s not working because the system delays the number of changes you can make to an account in a given time. But under the circumstances there must be an override function to allow upgrades so people can access more data from their existing plans. I know you guys are flat out but I can’t work without this upgrade and I can’t wait 5 business days.
