NBN has confirmed the replacement Return Path Quad Receiver module arrived on-site. The technician tested the unit prior to integrating it into the network and found it was faulty out of the box. The third party provider has sourced another replacement which is expected to arrive tomorrow, 19/7. Any updates or changes to this timeframe will be advised as soon as new information becomes available.
