Lost NBN connection since this morning (12+ hours)

Hello there,

 

Hoping I would get some help here. I have lost my internet connection NBN (FTTC) since this morning. I have contacted TPG Call centre and was advised that NBN will contact me for a booking. However I have still not heard back from them.

Since I work from home full time, I would like to know if there is any more effective way to have my problem resolved.
