Outage no longer current on service status but can't connect

Hi all,
Trying workout an internet related question. Internet went down in my area (Mt Eliza) today at 1pm due to a fibre break, according to the service status. This was cleared just before 8pm tonight and I can't get any service. I have restarted several devices but no luck. So does that mean it's still an issue or am I the issue?🤣

I am currently working on this as we have suffered a cable cut.

We are starting to see services recovering, Are you still effected by this outage as we have seen alot of new connections since 9:20pm
