I have found an account using your Community details and based on the recent interaction, our Engineering team raised the issue to NBN Co. 

 

A technician visit is set tomorrow, Friday, 31 January 2020 between 8AM - 12NN. Please ensure that you or someone of legal age is present during the visit.
