Packet Loss 3%

Hi team, I'm on NBN Cable 50 with Voice package and I am receiving very choppy internet over both WIFI and direct connection. It's making it very difficult to work, watch videos or game. The internet tends to lose data packets across multiple devices and disconnects frequently (once or twice a day). This problem started approximately 3 or 4 weeks ago. Please see the attached photo which shows an approximately 3% data loss. 


I've tested and ruled out a hardware issue on my end and the service is supposed to be fine in my area. Can you guys have a look? I noticed on another thread that the issue may be with the TPG modem supplied to me.
