Packet Loss, Slow speeds and Dropouts

Hey all,

Over the last few days my internet has become very intermittent with random bursts of packet loss and timeouts, even running Tracert at times results in time outs.
This occurs on mutiple devices and is a consistent issue throughout the day.
I've reset everything and have done all the basic stuff you'd expect (reinstalling drivers etc.)

I'm only running the VX420-G2 that came with my internet package.

Those are my current line stats, (no packet loss at that point, it comes and goes over the space of about five minutes).

If there's any other information you need please let me know.  TPG have been great up until this point.
