What is the go with the internet in Salisbury East? The service is about the speed of dial-up with pictures loading a line at a time. My computer doesn't have the wi-fi symbol displayed but the computer screen icon. Considering that TPG sent us a message saying they were upgrading our service to 4x the speed that we were paying for for 6mths I can't imagine how anyone thinks this is better.
This is not the first time I have mentioned this issue and no I am not interested in going through all the hard to understand technicians asking me to do this and do that. I just want a service that works properly as we pay for.
