Panasonic TV can't connect to internet (008 error)

Hello,
I have been using my Panasonic television for many years and last night, out of nowhere, I started to get some technical network connection problems. The error is "connection to the server failed. (008)". It connects to the router (gateway) but not to the internet. I have also attached a screenshot. Any help in resolving the issue would be appreciated.

Hi @Satchwan . Presume the rest of your internet is OK .

Does the TV and router both indicate the TV has an ip address?

Do you know the hostname that the TV connects to? It might have been down for some time. Or, there is a routing problem between TPG and the Panasonic server.
