Pathetic service and pathetic internet connection

I am reporting issues with my wifi that will not allow me to access emails for work or personal. The customer service I have received over the last month has been shocking and the internet connection has been appalling. 
As I am working from home due to the lockdowns in NSW, I require efficient internet access in order to carry out my work, and the TPG service I have received has been dreadful. 
Due to TPG's poor service I am hotspotting internet off my phone which is costing me additional money. 
Please advise what will be done. If no resolution is provided immediately please cancel my service without fees and I will move my service to another provider. 
In addition to this I have lodged multiple complaints whch I have not received responses to.
