Hi, I was wondering if I can get an update as to what is happening with the installation of my service. It has been stuck on "Payment processing" but nothing has been deducted from my account yet and it's been a fair amount of time. Thanks.

I would love to help see the latest update with the installation of the service. We're able to locate an account using your community details. We've seen that the payment is still on pending, an email was sent to the e-mail address on file on how to confirm the payment method to proceed the application.
