Peak speed is "throttled"

For TPG to say the peak speed is "Throttled" when the "limit" is reached borders on false advertising. My broadband service is more like "stopped" than "throttled". I can't get access to nearly all the sites I normally go to, such as Facebook and Gmail. I had to wait ages before I could post this message.

Hi @pjkeenan

https://www.tpg.com.au/nbn

Our NBN plan page explains all our plans, options and limitations.

The plan you are on, speed is indeed throttled after download amounts have been reached.

Perhaps a plan with unlimited download amounts will better suit your needs with a small additional price increase.

Or you can stay on the plan your on and adjust your usage habits to suit.

Your plan will re-set on the 26th.

Regards,
