I recent switched from NBN to 5G in March/April this year. At first speeds were great but since May/June the speed has dropped considerably. I work from home most of the week and it is affecting my productivity. I interact with medium sized datasets and now have to wait for data to refresh (up to 10 mins which was previously under a minute) and saving files on my Company' s network now takes from 30 secs to 2 mins sometimes, where before it was a few seconds. It is very frustrating.
Has anyone else had similar issues? I was wondering if this is to do with TPG moving to Sydney. My ping times are now around 80ms.

Let us help check what is causing the slow speed of the service. Could you confirm the troubleshooting you have taken so far? Also, send us a PM with your details.
