If you'd like to keep your old telephone number and requested a phone number porting when you sign up with TPG, you need to wait for the porting process to be completed. This normally takes 1-5 working days from the date the service was activated.
However, if you requested a new phone number from us and you do not want to keep your old telephone number, you may contact your previous ISP to completely disconnect the service.
