Plan Upgraded

I have recently upgraded my plan to the SL bundle 100 from the 50. I have restarted my modem but I am not getting the speed I should. I previously had this plan a couple years back and got the speeds achievable on this 100 plan. I had to downgrade back to NBN 50 but upgraded again. I have received an email saying the plan change was successful.
Is there something else I need to do or is the 90mbps not achievable now?
