Your plan change team has action on a plan change request on Wed, and today I am still on my old plan, the rep Melvin (from memory on online chat) said that it will take a maximum of 48 hours to go through and i will get an email. Neither of that has happened.
I also cannot change via my account because i got an error message E:adsl_comm:thread_exists
Appreciate during this time things are very hectic, but I will also need to work from home and in need to have the correct plan in order for me to work from home.
Because customer service phone now is no longer available, i am also unable to get onto your online chat support now, not sure how i can get in contact with you.
