Planned Maintenance during business hours

Why does the NBNco continue to schedule planned maintenance outage windows during business hours when were in lockdown and working from home?
Does this company not have any customer empathy?
Planned Maintenance must be scheduled AFTER HOURS (10pm - 6am)
Not Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm!
What about our work and home schooling....zoom session..etc etc

NBNCo you have failed!

Hi @Makari30,

While we will endeavour to make NBN Access services available to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, NBN Access services are not fault free and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, or the speed, performance or quality of the service.

NBN Co reserves the right to perform maintenance work from time to time, which may temporarily interrupt your access to the service. Where possible, they will perform this work during non-peak times.

Should you require further assistance, you may reach out to us again or you may check out our self-help options located here: http://tpg.com.au/support

I agree and don’t even notify you with such works so you have no time to find alternative arrangements. Living in a pandemic where everyone working from home you’d think they would have their stuff together.
