Please cancel my Internet account

I have moved out to overseas and I need to cancel my TPG account. I dont want to speak to anyone, I just want to cancel my account. I am out of contract. I have sent my account cancellation to TPG customer service and cancellation team by email several times and they asked me to provide a evidence of my identity so I have sent a copy of my driver licence photo to TPG. Then no response from TPG whether my account has been canceled or not. Its really frustrating since I am in overseas. Please cancel my internet (5G Home broadband) account immediately and respond to me whether it has now cancelled.
