Get online support

Plugged the modem n NBN unit. And it's not working.?.

Level 2
Have set up the unit for NBN .
Still no internet.
Why is this so?

service has been installed and activated.

In your case, the service has not yet activated and an NBN technician has been booked to complete the installation.
