We have had a very poor internet connection since 10 days. Internet keeps cutting between 5-10 times per day for long periods. This is getting really annoying. Particularly, as this is the third time it happens since the begining of our contract with TPG 6 months ago.
Could someone look into this issue? Why do we keep having such connection issues at our place?
Still no Internet connection at all since yesterday evening. This request is urgent as we work from home. We checked and there is no NBN shortage in the area.
