Poor adsl2 speed again

Yet again, excruciatingly slow speeds when a connection is made and basically no internet access at night (after 5pm).

This is a constant problem. Nothing that has been ‘done’ by TPG to date has resolved the service issues.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution. Cancellation will be the next step.
