Poor internet connection

Hi, I have had extremely poor internet connection for the last 2 hrs.
I have reset my modem but this has not improved the connection.
Could you please help?

    I fully investigated your case. the reason for dropouts is TPG NBN is activating to your home in a week, which include lots of network works on the street, 

I will highly recommend,  please visit TPG Website (https://www.tpg.com.au/nbn) pre-order your Fast internet  for the same price, or with a small money extra you can go up to 100Mb, 

by the time they finish work on the street, you can jump to High speed and  Most reliable Fast TPG internet.

Going to NBN would be $10 a month more for us according to the website. Can we just have our existing service fixed?

Sure your Internet will work back to the original by 30th of June, unfortunately, these planned network upgrades done by NBN civil Team, we don't have control over them.
