REDUCE services like a standard feature that comes with any internet service plan then INCREASE prices without any increase to speed or offer anything else ?? Does that sound fair and reasonable ???
Soooo glad I opted out of additional charges for a standard feature like an email address (that any internet plan should come standard with !!) and started shifting all emails to a third party. It now makes it easier to move services with no emails coming through my TPG address
