So you remove email hosting from our accounts (or opt to charge more for the feature) AND now increase our NBN monthly plan pricing    REDUCE services like a standard feature that comes with any internet service plan then INCREASE prices without any increase to speed or offer anything else ?? Does that sound fair and reasonable ???   Soooo glad I opted out of additional charges for a standard feature like an email address (that any internet plan should come standard with !!) and started shifting all emails to a third party.
