Programs hanging

Our programs such as Netflix, SBS, Iview are hanging and have been for only the last month.   We have changed nothing and have been advised that the problem is the internet speed.   This happend both day and night.   On signing up with TPG we were advised that our package had the speed required to run these programs and as stated this has only occurred over the past month.   What has changed TPG end?

When the issue occurs does it suddenly close by itself or stops working? Does the video buffers when you are streaming programs.

 

Please post a screen shot of the actual error message on this thread.

 

Do you experience connection speed issue? If so, please run a speed test (www.speedtest.net) using a desktop/laptop connected via LAN/Ethernet cable for reference and post the test result on this thread.
