We do not delete any post on our Community. I was able to confirm that the recent post was filtered as spam.
We'd love to help and get to the bottom of this, to better understand the situation. Please send me your account details (Username/Customer ID) together with the address on file.

I posted a complaint like half an hour ago in this community and you deleted it immediately.
Question: Are you gonna mute your customers and not fix their problems?
